Owned by Tassos and his wife Rowena, the apartments consist of two sand coloured houses with traditional shuttered windows, both carefully and lovingly constructed around the family’s precious olive grove. Some of these trees are many hundreds of years old. The pretty buildings were originally built with their children Alexis and Anna in mind, hence the name ‘Alexanna’.
The apartments are named after the nine muses of ancient Greek mythology (Kalliope, Clio, Erato, Efterpi, Thalia, Ourania, Evlimeni, Poli and Terpis), each having its own unique character. This theme has been used to add individual touches to the décor of these comfortable apartments. The accommodation is comfortable and maximises its location and the views over the Ithaka Channel. There are a total of six apartments in the first house – 2 studios, 2 one bedroom and 2 two bedroom apartments, with 3 studios in the second.
